Another Civic Down Its mine

Well after the motor swap three weeks ago. I just have put 607 miles on the car and it was running great. I was drive to work this moring and this guy pulls straight out of one of the side street and blam a totaled civic. Take a look not pretty. But good news I found a DX in great condition $1800. I smell another swap. Oh ya I had insurance full coverage and so did he. I think at 92 he is a little old to be driving.

On the swap depends on how much I get from this. I think its going to be a total loss because he got the door pillar and the door will not open. Passenger fender is push in about 2 inches and the hood is overlaping where the fender should line up. So I dont know yet adjuster will be here in about 20 mins So Ill find out.

Ya Im ok my back is hurting. I plan on going down to the hosptial tonight after I get the rental car. I so eant to cry though looking at it thats what really hurts. Going through aftermarket parts counting the $$s. Figuring now on about $8,000 in it including the new motor work. One nice thing is my insurance will charge me $100 or 16% of total settlement to buy the car back from them.

whoa, crazy man, sux the door doesnt open cuz if it was just the fender u might have been able to fix it all. hope everything gets straightened out, glad ur alright tho dude

another 4g dead....don't worry man...he's in a better place now...in 4g heaven where nothing can hit him...where 4gs race all day... and where 4g's CANT blow their motor.
There should be a 4g graveyard built so we can all go and see our 4g and leave flowers on it's birthday when it's gone...
instead of tombstones, they'll be hoods sticking out of the ground...lol

Hmmm that sounds really good. I will let you know when they settle that maybe the way I will go. ALL I KNOW IS I WILL HAVE ANOTHER 4TH GEN. Ami pm let me know how much you want for it.
