I posted some newer pics a few weeks ago but they were at night, so heres some new daytime ones :D Picked up an 89 SI lip finally to replace my 1st gen teg lip that was a lil busted up. Enjoy :)

its an 88 DX. Thanks :) my name used to give it away cause it was 88CiViC_DX but i had it changed a lil after i became a mod. i still use 88civic_dx on other boards that i signed up to before i cahnged my nick here or where someone already has my name GTA. oh and it says what i have in my sig :D

lookin good. looks just like my old hatch cept minus the rims. where did you get your lip from? how much? cause i need one. i want the j's racing one ,along w/ a few other things, but id like an si lip for now.

if i had a set of coilover wrenches i would lower it a lil more but i dont so oh well. i got my lip used from someone on Honda-Tech but you can still order them from honda, www.hondaautomotiveparts.com they are around $60 new + shipping.

Hey Greg, doesnt it seem like on 4th gen civics, that the front wheel seems like its further back towards the back of the wheel well? Does that make sense? I noticed that on my car, it just looks like theres more space in front of the tire to the front of the wheel well than the back of the tire is the the back of the wheel well? Any idea why that is, or if theres any reason for it? Or is it just my eyes? lol :screwy:

Any plans to tint the windows? Reason I ask is I think that ride is really clean but with the windows tinted it would look sweet! IMHO:)

and yea, it does looks like the front wheel sits farther back, and i know my car has never had any damage up there so nothings bent.

haha, i aint doing that again. and Ami, i might be taking you up on that offer, in a few months :p but i need to get my camber kit install before i lower it again so i dont kill my new tires. still gotta find some 90-91 controls arms to put my balljoints in, I PMed Kris and he sadi he had some, im just waiting for a response for payment.

Umm...rear three="limo" tint
Drivers/passengers windows=slightly more than stock.

Heh, gotcha...like I said...in the rear...went as dark as possible (legal)...and put the drivers and passengers a touch darker than stock (can't remember the %) so it didn't look so funny (stock just stood out like crazy after the rears were done)...here, I am not allowed to do anything to the windshield.

Its clean looking and powered by a Z6, I like it alot nice car GTA! I miss my 88 DX is was close to 50 to 100lbs lighter than my Si. Wasn't blazing fast but it was a hoot to drive, so hang onto your car!
