PRoblems with Teachers (again)

If youve read the thread My french teacher, then you problem kno about my school. First off we have to wear uniforms to school, normaly a white, blue , or burgundy polo shirt with the school logo on it. For pants you have to wear are like nice dockers, dickies, etc... (the nice snazzy pants) Anyways I was in class the other day and we are not allowed to wear hats during the school day, so i was minding my own business and my teachers comes and takes my hat that is sitting on the table not my head ( i am really defensive about my hats, They are like diamonds to me). So i just let it go, so at the end of class i asked for it back and she was like you will get it tommorow. SO i was like ok thats fine i have forty other hats at home. So my dad comes to pick me up and he is like grab your stuff and lets go so i obey and i walk into another teachers class room and my hat is just sitting in the middle of the floor. I was pissed, i got over it and just was thankful that i got my hat back. I come to class the next day wearing the same hat and she takes it away again so im like whatever. The same thing happens at the end of the day i found that hat somewhere else besides where it was supposed to be. So i grab it and leave. The next day comes around and i go through the whole day with it on the table in front of me and yes that teacher saw the hat, didnt say one thing about it but yes she saw the hat. So its the end of the day and im walking with my good friend chris with the hat on. I walk by that teacher and she is like give me your hat, sir. So thinking about what happend to my other hat i was like "NO" and she was like "WHAT DID YOU SAY!!!!!!!!" so i just kept going along with it and said "i said no!", and i told her why (being that she left my hat unitended so someone could have stole it) And i told her it was my property and all that shit. So she pulls me into the office and she was like what is your moms work phone # so i told the bitch and SHE SAT THERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND TOLD MY MOM THAT I WAS SCREAMING AT HER IN FRONT OF TWO OTHER TEACHERS AND A PARENT.I was like WTF. Me and her and my friend chris were the only ppl there and so i got bitch at be cause "i was being disrespectful to my teacher in front of ppl."
How gay is that?

Leaving the hat in your locker would be a good start as was said. But some teachers live and die by the rules. And this sounds like one of them. I always hated those bitches.

Keep wearing a/the hat... Dont let the man get you down. You need to stand up for what you believe in, whether it's a hat or not. I believe it was Lucky Boys Confusion who said in the song Fred Astaire "They're pushing these children for all the wrong reasons." You're not causing any problems or disruptions because you're not wearing your hat during school hours. Get your parents on your side and get them to have a talk with your teacher about being hard on you, because i'm sure your a good kid who doesn't cause any trouble right?

So let me get this straight:

School rule: No hats allowed.

You: Wear hat to school. Repeatedly.

End result: You get in trouble.

You lose.

Well, I have the same problem and well, Im allowed to carry my hat/jacket wherever the hell I want.

First of all, I have always treated my hats like diamonds, they are my prized possesions, No one touches them but me, and everyone no's that, my parents, my girlfriend no not to touch them. I, like you carry my hat with me to class, for the main reason being that I have 2 binders, one for each half of the day, 2 classes in one, 2 classes in the other, so I carry my first class binder around, and my hat and jacket because I usually leave the school during our 5 minute break, weather it be to just get fresh air, or go talk/hang out with friends in the smoking section, and the fact that I used to share a locker with my g/f, who I recently broke up with so I keep my binders in a new female friends locker. Well, I goto class everyday carrying my hat and jacket with me, most teachers dont care but there is always the one that says "No hats or jackets in my classroom, put it in the hallway" so I do as they say, just to be curtious, and stick my hat in the sleeve of my jacket and lay it in the hallway. I did this twice, and had 20 bucks and a bag of my friends weed stolen from my jacket, so next time she said put it in the hallway, I said No, im not putting my stuff in the hallways again, this is a 300 dollar jacket , a 40 doller hat, and I have valuable items in my pockets. "so go put it in your locker" sorry mam, dont have one, "how can you not have a locker" I dont have one, its not a difficult concept. so im allow to have my hat and jacket where'ever I go, also the teachers got sick of telling me to take it off but I would always tuck it into my jacket sleeve when they tried to take it, "give me the hat son" Its right here come and get it, (teachers cant touch you at all) so they can go right ahead and take my hat when its in my jacket.

Next time they tell you to take your hat off your desk, look for one of thier personal items and tell them to remove it from the class, or make them give you somthing for collateral when they take your hat or tell them to go and have it placed in the office so no one touches it or steals it. But you shouldnt be wearing it in the halls, I got enough slack for that so I dont even bother anymore.

I did this twice, and had 20 bucks and a bag of my friends weed stolen from my jacket... I have valuable items in my pockets.
