Hello dear y'll,
I got the subject and wondering how to make it faster without major modifications and if it must be done some modifications what are those ?
I'm thinking about supercharger or NOS.
As for the supercharger i heard it heats an engine too much, which is not good, so another thing i'm thinking about is NOS, i'm not really familiar with either thing.
So, please, tell me, what would be more efficient and take less modifications?
Also, which one is more "damage" an engine ?

Thank you very much:confused:

Auto or 6 speed?

List of mods to do:

Whisper Lid with K&N Air Filter
Catback Exhaust (ask around for which is best, I like SLP Loudmouth myself)
MAC Midlength Headers with Off-Road Y-Pipe
BMR Subframe Connectors
ASP Crank Pulley with belts

If 6 speed:
Cartek Clutch
4.10 Gears
Hypertech Power Programmer (to reprogram for the 4.10s)
Nitto 555R Drag Radials

If Auto:
Yank SuperThruster 9" 3500 stall converter
B&M Transcooler
TransGo Shift Kit
Custom Tuning to delete "Torque Management"
Nitto 555R Drag Radials

With these mods, you should be netting a SOLID low 12 sec. time slip in 6 speed form.
With an auto, expect to run a 12.1 with good traction.

After these mods, you can throw an ATI Procharger (D1-SC) Kit on the car, or a TNT F1 "Dry" N2O kit on and run easy mid 11's.

A supercharger and/or N2O are both very good mods and will make your car FLY.
However, since you aren't very familiar with the car yet, you may want to think about just getting a few bolt on's for right now.
Then, later on down the road, think about more power.

For aftermarket parts, check out:

www.LS1Speed.com

Tom Izzo is the owner. His prices are typically the best you'll find ANYWHERE. You can also call him and ask him about a few bolt on mods that would be most beneficial, although lately, he's been VERY VERY VERY busy.

I stop by his shop every once and a while to order a few things and he's always running around like a MAD MAN. He has very good customer service and a good reputation amongst the LS1 community.

Ok, i see, yes i'm going to check out his store right now, but as you can understand it's kinda silly to buy stuff for me online if i'm not familiar with those, so my next question would be:"r u from around Bay Area, CA" ?
tha would be very good to find a group of people with the same cars, and with the same interests, you know what i'm saying ?
oh well, may be i'ma sking to much :)
Thank you very much anyways !!!

First off dont even get a Catback Exhaust if ur going Supercharger, Catback exhaust is good if ur not doing it but if u are ull lose more then ull gain, not enough back pressure, Another thing Supercharger over Nos, Supercharger is much safer you get all the mods you need and you wont blow out your engine, unless you have a engine built for nos i wouldnt go there you have more chances blowing out ur engine. You should go about 10-12 psi on the supercharger to be safe, and trust me you better be really serious about doin a supercharger or dont do it at all, it costs some serious cash. Also make sure you go for someone good to install it, dont just go to any person that says they can install superchargers

Also WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT PUT IN 4.10 GEARS IF UR GOING SUPERCHARGER, you need low gears anything like 3.73 and below and 3.73's are pushing..dont be stupid like so many people..please dont make the mistake.
