Can any one help me with a foglight question

hey everyone, i know i'm new to this forum, but i was hoping that someone can give me some help with modifying my foglights. i have a 97 GS-t and i would like to bypass the kill swithch theat does not alow you to utilize your foglights when you are using the parking or high beam settings. i ultimately want to run my fogs when i have my parking lights on and not with my headlights. however i want to keep them on the same electrical system. any help would be great.
