where can i find this part? HELP!!!!!!!

i figured out what i need to make the ground controls work on the konis. i'll leave the pics up in case you want to look at them...

WHERE CAN I FIND THIS? this pic is actual size and made of aluminum...i guess it's called a spacer or o-ring?

Why not ground control....

i wanted to try to get this done this weekend, so calling ground control was gonna be my last resort.

only place i could think of is a machine shop. hope they can help me out, otherwise ground control here i come...

still, can't complain for $100 shipped right?!?
