Help me please

I have a 95 honda civic EX. The other day i was driving and i noticed that my car made a grinding noise whenever i turned. The problem now is whenever i turn both directions, but sometimes it doesnt make a noise. Could someone please help me and tell me whats wrong with my car, i just want it to be back to normal.

Is it a clicking or grinding noise? If it is a click that would be your cv axel
