I just completed my sr20det swap on my 89 240sx. I bought a JDM gauge cluster off of ebay and hooked it up. I re-routed the tach wire to attach it to the computer and started the engine. My tach still did not work. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the tach? And if the older CA18det tach will work on the SR20DET? I need to know if I got jipped from the land of Ebay. Also, is there anyone out there that has an aftermarket tach on their SR20DET powered 240sx?
