Rear driver door won't open

All locks go up and down, but the door won't open????

Both inside & outside handles inoperative?

Neither worked. Dealer took off door panel form inside, cleaned and lubed it , and pronounced it good. Cost $40.00 I don't believe it to be fixed, but sold car today so not my issue :)
