Is it time for a new clutch??

This is what i have, a 95LX 5 speed with about 135000 miles on it.
Just lately i noticed that the petal was getting harder to push in and on the way in i noticed something like a air bubble in the line (just like the petal would click part of the way down to the floor). It don't seem to be slipping and the clutch seems to be ingageing in the same spot that it always did?
