Abs Light Blinking

I have a 99 Ram 1500 4X4 and the brake light and the abs light were on. I purchased and installed a rear wheel speed sensor and the brake light went off, however, the abs light keeps blinking on and off[/COLOR]. In addition, when I take off from a stoplight, the truck will rev up to over 3000 rpms before it shifts back down on the auto trans. Any ideas on what's wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated!
