I have a 1992 lsc mark VII it is slammed to low from a mess up of a local mechanic who obviously could not get it to inflate back the way it was when he got it . There is a switch in the trunk that when i flip it compressor or something makes noise in the hood when car is running. Any help on reinflating air suspension on a lincoln would be great. It has to be something simple

Does the compressor ever shut off. If it doesn't your bags could have a leak. Is it too low to drive. Slammed Lincolns are the shit. I'd keep it that way and throw some 20's on it.

I think your right, it sounds like the mechanic forgot to disable your air compressor before jacking it up!! If you don't do this before hand, your air-bags can over-inflate and burst!!!! On my '89 LSC,The switch is located in the trunk on the drivers side behind the spare. I hope This helps.
