Motor mount question

Hey all.. been lurkin' for a while and have found this forum very helpful! I was under my hood last night and noticed that I had a bolt missing from a motor mount. I looked in my shop manual and it doesn't show this extra arm that mounts to the block. I took this picture so y'all can see what the hell I'm talking about. This "extra" mount (white arrow) is hanging below the the hole in the block (yellow arrow). Why the extra mount? When I rev the engine, I see no movement between the block and the loose mount. Should I fix it, remove it, or just leave it the hell alone?
Cheers

I'm like 99% sure that bolt should be there lol. Just get one, put it in there and call it a day. You'll have the peice of mind that if anything goes wrong you can at least take "engine mount breaking" off the list ya know?
BTW welcome to the forum!!!

i ran my engine for atleast 6 months without that bracket even in place. It really doesnt hurt to not have it, but its a good idea to have it bolted up.
