B20/vtec

I just picked up a bare b20 block and want to do an all motor b20 vtec swap using my b16 head. I'm still looking for a crank, i think i found one for 300 bucks. Found the oil pump, anyone have a good source for bearings? i have found the je pistons but am still looking for the right rods.

I know that i will need the oil pump from the b20, but will anything else from my b16a swap over? I'll probably leave the head stock until a later time, i just want to get the motor built. Any advice, websites, part numbers, etc would be appreciated.

what crank did you find? why will you need the b20 oil pump?

I don't remember what crank it is but one of the B cranks mated with custom pistons and rods gives the perfect rod/stroke ratio although with a smaller displacement. i used to know but it has been a while and i have forgotten... might want to check up on that

Sorry about that, it was early and i was beng stupid, i really need to know about the connecting rod length if i were to use a b16a crank.

Other than that i am good, just need suggestions on cams and headers. o, and an intake mainfold.

I was thinking on the skunk stage 3, or possibly crower
the intake i was thinking about the edelbrock manifold
i was just going to use my dc sports b16 4-1 manifold.
