Doors do not lock with remote control

Hi,

My 1992 Honda Arcord LX, 4 doors do not lock when I use remote.
The car originally did not have remote control door opener.
I installed alarm system,it worked fine,press remote key, doors locked
and activated alarm,press another button ,doors opened.
Everythings were ok untill I replaced the Main Relay,now I can
only use my car key to lock doors,one more problem is:
the front ,passenger side ,the door switch manually can only open,
but can not lock all 4 doors.
I really appreciate your idea ,how to solve this problem.
