Been lookin around on this thread and there seems to be some kinda fascination with rhd cars. Is there really a benefit to spendin a lotta money to have the car converted to rhd or is it more a style statement? :2cents: it would be pretty awkward for me to shift my thinking to usin my left hand for the shifter...don't know if the right foot works the clutch in rhd and the left for gas and brake but if so that would be really awkward. but if i had 100 billion dollars, i might consider spendin a coupla g's makin my s13 240 into rhd just for the sake of wasting money and makin it more like a 180sx.

Pedals And Shift Pattern Are The Same As A Lhd Car. Anyway There Are Benefits To Rhd Besides Unquiness. Benefits Include Better Left To Right Weight Balance, And Engine Swap Installion Ease.

how is the left side of a Front/Rear drivetrain type car going to weigh anymore then the right side?

what maybe 10 lbs LOL at most

and if anything that makes the LHD car heavier on the left side, when you convert everything to RHD the right side is going to be just as heavy as the left side used to be. I see no way in hell having RHD over LHD has any benefits on a performance viewpoint.

IT IS JUST A PUSSY RICER MOD

don't let anyone tell you differently, they are just trying to defend themselves, MUhahahahah

Umm In My Car The Left Of The Car Weighs Over 100lbs More Than The Right With No Driver And A Full Tank. Why? The Turbo And 70lbs Exhaust Sit On The Driver Side Of These Cars. There Is A Benefit To It And You Are A Complete Idiot If You Think Otherwise. I Suggest You Go Weigh Your Car, A Sr Swapped Car, And A Rb Swapped Car And Find The Weight Bias.

Well said, How many riced out civics have you seen with RHD, many ricers don't have RHD Conversions. I doing a RHD Conversion myself from a full front clip how the hell is that ricer, rice is having type r stickers on your car when you know its not a type R. I'm doing a RHD Conversion because I want it to be like JDM silvia and not just another SR20 powered 240SX. There are quite a few in Texas.

about $600 dollars if I do it myself but thats without the price of the front clip plus I'm doing the SR20 swap so probably total is $2600 a lot cheaper if you do it yourself- damn need a digital camera so bad.
