APC muffler

i just recently bought the apc universal muffler for my 91 eclipse gs and im wondering before i put it on if it makes good sound and does it increase hp? how much?

Theres really no way to tell exactly how the muffler will sound on your car until you actually do it. Mufflers sound different on different cars. And as far as the HP goes. If its just a muffler and your not changing any of the piping before it then your not really going to get any increased HP.

He's right APC is shit. I swear I saw some APC stuff at wal-mart the other day.

Even though you may pay more money, just use the products from a vendor site. They have the quality you need. I would hate to see a good car go to waste with shitty parts.

see i thought it would be really good becuz the muffler was 100 and online they have them for 50 so usually the more money u spend the better well i made a mistale ill just wait until i get a full exaust system until i take the apc muffler off .hey does anyone know about a thermo valve in a 91 eclipse gs its the part that 2 vaccum hoses go to on the thermostat hosing??testing?or anything what it does?
