(manual trans, but doesn't have cruise control)
I have a small, loose vacuum line & don't know where it's to connect. One end is connected to the fitting on top of the intake manifold. The loose line is directly opposite the large hose that connects to the power brake booster. The emissions diagram under the hood doesn't show a line coming off this connection.
Can someone check their engine to see where this vacuum line should be connected?
Thanks for your help!!!

That line, directly opposite the brake booster hose (closest to the front of the car) is usually capped off. If it has a hose on it then someone has either modified it or rearranged the hoses that belong there.
Follow the vacuum hose that is connected to the EGR back to the firewall and see if you can locate a fitting in that area that the hose will connect to.

To follow that up.... if you have the booster hose there, and beside it is another hose that leads to the firewall area, and I believe there is a small elctrical wire there too... the remining opening should have a rubber cap on it.
