Removing door panels

I want to remove the front door panels in my 96 sedan

what's the easiest way to do this?

reach your fingers into the pannel, pull fast and straight. there should b 8 plastic(ribbed)plugs.it seems tough if your trying to be gentill.pull hard and straight!!
