How do i turbo a 04 SE-R?

hey guys.. i need help.. im buying a 04 se-r spec-v soon.. and im wondering.. if i want about 250hp.. and around 7psi of boost.. what would i need to make a turbo kit for the car? (the QR25DE engine is a n/a 2.5L 175hp engine) i wuna add about 70-80 hp to the car n the turbo to spool around 2500 or later thx (i know nothing about turbos)
