power mirror replacement on 98 EX

I snapped the passenger mirror off my 98 Accord this morning backing
out of the garage. Anyone replaced one of these and how much did it cost? It looks like it would be a fairly simple job. Any help appreciated. Steve Zimmerman

the self install is pretty simple 3 screws and that is it.
