Many public libraries subscribe to ALLDATA :http://www.alldata.com/ This pay site is an outstanding source of factory info including TSB's. Call your locale library to see if they have it.

Our public library has ALLDATA and it has saved me much time and money. If your library does not have this service or you are unable to go their let me know what your looking for and I will dig it up. Need vehicle year,make,model and engine.
