Fuel Injector NOT working

Hello Group, I really need some expert Fiero help here. I have an 85
Fiero and for some reason unknown to me, the injector is not working at
all. Just got the car and was told only needed an injector...

This is what I have done so for:(Not necessary in this order)
1. Replaced the injector (still did not work)
2. Replaced the Control mod. The pick-up coil look new. (found old
one in the front seat.)
3. Checked current to and from the ECM, although correct, replaced
anyway because the volts were changing each time I checked it.
4. Replaced the fuel relay.
5. Replaced the fuel pump.
6. Checked and rechecked the wiring from the ECM to the injector. No
breaks anywhere.
7. Checked all the ground connections.
8. Has good gas and other fluids ok.
9. The red wire going to the injector, key on is 12.5V, when I try to
start it, the blue wire is 12.5V but the injector don't work.
10. Checked with a NOID light too. Nothing.
11. If I ground the blue wire, it will spray, but it appears to be sparying
too much and the car will flood rather than start.
12. Checked the fuel pressure to the injector 11psi. However, it will
drop down when I quit trying to start it.
13. Even pinched the supply line and return lines, pressure still drops off
(that is why replaced fuel pump). Guess what, it still drops....

Another thing, don't know if this has anything to do with it or not but
my Check Engine light will not come on at all, checked bulb, and even
swapped good bulbs on the instrument panel still did not work. Could
this have anything to do with my problem?
