I know this might be a stupid question but I was just curious. Am I going to need to remove my engine from the bay to install turbo? Or can I leave it in? To me it would be easier to go ahead and take it out. Thanks!

it depends,what car?
some times it is easier, but other times it isnt, i say leave it in and work with it in there b/c sometimes when you bolt everthing up it migt not fit.

I've never heard of anybody taking out the engine to install a turbo on a civic. Shouldn't be very difficult. There's lots of walkthroughs online on turbo installs.

leave that engine in. it will be more labor just to pull the engine, than it will be istalling the turbo. You will remove your front bumper, and you may have to wiggle around your AC compressor and lines (not hard).
