Heeeeeelp. Ok, I know bugger all about clutches, so here's my problem. I like driving hard, tackling twisty mountain roads etc.
I had a new clutch put in about a year ago, it was perfect, never had probs, but now that I've replaced the clutch plate it heats up after some hard driving, where-as the old one didn't. It was apparent instantly after the new plate, is it just a poor clutch plate seeing as the clutch was fine before it? Can I buy a better clutch plate which will remedy my prob??

It's possible the clutch is not adjusted or needs an adjustment. The other problem is the cluch may be glazed and slipping like crazy. GL
