What do i need to get to be able to spray "fog" out from under my car or truck?

When you buy a purge kit you buy a y split thing so the one pipe becomes two and then you can put them where you want.

if u are goin to get that, mite as well get the fake blow-off valve noise thingy...hahhhahahah

I dont think he was reffering to a purge kit, i think he was reffering to fog under the car.
