88 maxima light

Hi, Does anyone know the corner light that has big bulb and small bulb, The small bukb is the low light and whhat is the big bulb for, ?, my big bulb doesnt light up either side dont know if there's anyfuse for it, or what kind of light bulb does it take? Thank You for any great input. An
