Bucking Bronco

Gentlemen, I need some help here. My 1993 Sierra, 2WD with Rear ABS is bucking on me like you wouldn't believe. I've replaced brakes all around, drums and rotors too. Bled the lines and still having issues. I'm curious to know if I might be having an ABS issue. The problem is full-time and never gives up. Starts when I apply break and never lets up until she's completely stopped. Really hoping I'm missing something that you might clue me into.
