The mods that I had done for that day are: I was looking for the Autolites 104's(Installed the Champions 408's CP, same heat range), Installed the Dessert Fox Tranny Cooler(Thanks Ripn12s), 180degf tstat, DHP v1.0 pcm, 3.4 thrasher pulley, 9" thrasher/k&n CAI, slotted/drilled front/rear rotors, took out the fender linning and fog lamps to install break cooling tubing, installed new 7mm plugs cabling, KLOTS 113 Octane 11 Gal racing fuel, syntech tranny/engine oil.

Next hit will be by the end of March and for that add to the mods list SLP Headers, SLP High Flow Cat Converter, Exhaust Cut out(replacing U-Bend).

It was a blast(I never would have tought the track would be that fun) and with those plugs/fuel the kr went to 0. With 93 octane I am getting 2.3 deg KR at WOT day to day so again thanks Ripn12s you are awesome.

The 3rd hit will inlcude all mentioned mods plus an intercooler that I am designing that is inexpensive compared to what is out there on the market.

Thanks all for your insights, I have learned a lot from all of you but specially Ripn12s, The Burning Rom, Carnutcass among others...

I did not knew that a track day could have casualties, since I have learned a lot from budies here I had none except that the exhaust manifolds(both) cracked and burned the spark plug cabling at the end of the day so I had to drive with a really bad hesitation back home.

2 Mustang GT's where taken out the track after 10 laps because they ran out of breaks and a Porcsche 911 Biturbo went to the woods entering the first curve(people suggests the fix would cost around 25k) (the track has 7 curves in total) so after all my day was not that bad at all except for a minor hand burn checking fluids every now and then.

To be able to use the track and get the instructors, ambulance and everything I joined the BMWCCA club. With who I have to talk to start a local GP club chapter affiliated to the clubgp?

I already have 5 people that would join.

More Mods suggestions are more than welcome...

Justin, as I said before. Just go to autozone and get a gasket (The one that goes between the sc and the intake manifold) then draw that on a piece of paper. At the center draw some cooling lines(small tubes where water is going to flow thru) and the side view must have the inlet and outlet water tubes. Is really easy, then take that to any respectable machine shop and ask them if they can build that for you. I should not be that expensive to be honest with you. At least the one that I found was not that expensive.
And remember whatever you try please make it 1 inch at the thickest. If you your machine shop can build it thinner better

Thats pretty sweet man. I've never driven a course like that, might have to try that.

What suspension mods do u have??

If road courses are going to be your main type of racing then start on upgrading the suspension.

Get some better sway bars and lower the car, that should help w/ the corners.

Good job. Glad to see you on the track and off the road.

99 gtp, I am not sure of CO2 is that safe. You have to keep a pressurized tank and presurized lines to the heat exchanger. That would take the cost a little bit high.

The only mod that I have made to the body/suspension was the chromed strut tower links you see here.

The only mods that I am thinking about making for now suspension wise are tokico adustable shocks so I can twick them for in/out the track and Eiback springs to lower the car a little. What concerns me more now is the exahust, I can not WOT the car because it would deflate thru spark 3 and 4 on both sides(A really bad misfiring under load)
that is why I am working on getting the SLP headers first. I was told the crack on the front exahust manifold was caused by the heat the car went thru that day(Someone told me that the Klots fuel even tough gives you great performance it is highly corrosive). The tranny cooler works like a Charm no more tranny problems so far and today a F150 SVT and 350Z had a hard time following me on a twisty highway section at 105mph(my cruising speed at 2900 rpms). They got me on the straigth tought(I know they have more power than I do but the hesitation under heavy accelaration I have really killed me) but at least I know that the GTP OEM suspension is really good compared to other cars on the same price range.

Not really man, I think I blew my engine today.I smoked a stang 5.0 GT. And got a SES. A misfire, not much I tought. Took the spark out and the electrode was crushed against the head and oil around the electrode. Even worst I here the distintive cliking noise now, but, the car still pulls strong and no smoke coming out. I will have it checked tomorow
