Ding Removal?

I have various small dings in my door panels and am looking to remove them. They are all extremely small.
I've searched the old posts and found some information, but I'd like more. I am looking for experiences with various dent removal techniques. I've read about, and am most interested in, using a small plunger, or an adhesive-type dent puller. I've also considered going in from inside the door panel, but I am worried about inverted dents sticking out of the side of the car.
Any suggestions (particularly experienced ones) are appreciated.

So I'm guessing you wanna do this the paintless way?

Yes, paintless. The more I look into it, the more I think it is virtually impossible to eliminate dings of this size. They are dime, penny, and nickel size, at a maximum.
