As the topic name implies this is a drawing of an integra, I cleaned off the edges in photoshop but other than that it's 100% hand drawn. Its my first attempt at drawing a car, and I know it looks kinda chubby and cartoony but i like it, tell me what you think. And what can be improved, thanks.

[edit] i know that the quality is low and thus you can't quite read the decals, for those that can't they say Nos and sparco.

one thing that helps me is to remember to draw it exactly like you see it. when you detail just think of that certain shape or shade and draw it exactly(doesn't apply to toons). example:the rear view mirror isn't directly above the front tire in the pic(or whatever you are looking at)is it. also show more value. that will give it a better 3d look. it is very good and i like the style. if it is your first one then great job.

Thanks for the comments, and castback, what do you mean by values.

what i ment by values is how dark and how light it is. make the dark parts dark and light parts light. show the contrast between them and make it noticable. i hope i don't sound like i am ripping the pic apart because you actually did a great job.

No, it doesnt sound like that, being my first car drawing I know i need help, and yeah, i might just try adding more "values" :P to the pic.

its pretty good...but i would try to work on your proportion (yes there is proportion in cartoons) try to sit the cockpit (can t think of the word right now) a little further back...and yer all set!

yeah, i really like it!! iagree with Zcaithica, he has a good point, and the back fender comes in front of the wheel. but hey, thats an awesome first drawing

That's really good for a starter. I don't know too much about different shading and things, but that looks pretty good. It reminds me of the AF logo, how it's more cartoonish than proportional and things. Keep up the good work.

ugh, did you want it to be a cartoon???
cuz if yah, then its good, but if not, you should keep trying to get better.
