1st gen 2L n/t choke problem?

i have a 92 talon 2L non turbo and it acts up when its cold it takes forwever to get started and then trys to choke the engine until it warms up. once it warms up it runs great and it starts up fine. any ideas? i really need to fix this cuz im trying to sell the car
