Removing Towhooks

anyone know how to take the tow hooks off a TB??? I saw the towhook covers on ebay and thought my hooks would look great in chrome. I work at a powder coating shop and have mirror chrome powder wich looks exactly like chrome, but cant figer out how they come off. I will post pics when i get them done. TIA
