I have a b18c1 in my 89 civic. If i put in a fluidyne radiator, will a turbo still fit or will the radiator be in the way? Any suggestions?

Don't know about fluidyne radiator but you can either cut your stock radiator to get some some room (i saw this on a web site, but don't remember which one), or you can use the radiator coming out of the 92-95 civic (i think they are half the size).

i don't know how big your turbo is but I will need to use a 92-95 civic rad in order to get my turbo to fit.

you can get a c&r radiator for the 88-91 civic/crx, it is half sized like the 92-85 but is designed to fit on the stock radiator mounts, from exospeed. It also comes with a slimfan.

yeah..b/c the problem with the 92-95 is that it is too tall..and you have to either get an aftermarket crossmember..or rig up some ghetto mount where it leans back.. I had a few friends try to run neon rads...and they seemed to work ok for awhile..but eventually turned out to be too small...
