Electrical Problem draining battery

My dealership has eventually found the electrical problem on my 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan LE. He has told me that the module operating the central locking system is drawing current and is therefore draining the battery. He wants to disconnect it but not replace it. I told him that there is an extended bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle and that he should replace and defective parts. Is this unreasonable?
Secondly I would like to know whether there are web sites out there where I could research any Technical Service bulletins (TSB's) pertaining to Dodoge caravans. I've spent in the region of $600 trying to find the source of this battery drain.
Can anybody help.........
Thanks in advance for any help Richard
