It was on Sports Car Revoulotuin(sp). I seen it. They were saying to do SCCA instead of street racing.

I don't know about other cities, but organized street racing around here is safer than driving on our freeways. I live around L.A.

Perhaps, and I see your point, but the majority of street racing across the continent is inpromptu stuff swerving between regular traffic on highways or flying down residential streets at over twice the speed limit...
