is there a way to make a fast blinker blink at normal speed again?

what do you mean? If your turnsignal flasher is flashing quickly more than normal, then that means your bulb is burnt out, replacing it will return to normal.

if you mean those quick flasher that people install to make it flash quick, then they can also be set to flash normal because they are adjustable.

very true check and make sure you dont have a light bulb out anywhere on the outside of car

one more thing, i noticed that the front blinkers on the integra weren't flashing, but they were lit up, how do i fix that?

that's if you have a quickflasher installed instead of the stock OEM flasher.

they are adjustable by control knob which you can turn to make it blink fast or slow, or any rate you want.

if your car just have the original turnsignal flasher, then check your bulbs.

hmm...not really sure. in the 94 & up, the integras front turnsignal each have two bulbs, maybe one bulb is burnt out? faulty flasher?

i'll check it out and tell you guys what happens
