Clock and interior illumination

My clock does not work, along with the dome light on the roof and some of the illumination (e.g. shifter, window buttons). Does anyone if these are fuse problems or a wiring problems?

I have the same problem in my 1990 SE with the shifter light and the clock light. I just tap both of them and it goes away. Don't know how to permanently fix the problem.
