Hehe it's hard in a front wheel drive car. Unless its in the winter time. But yeah you can... Using the e-brake makes it easier

You can definantly do amazing drifts with AWD, there are guys that have done AWD drifts until the gas tank ran empty

they weigh way too much (about 4000lbs) they are not good drift cars all of them before 97 had 4 wheel steering which doesn't help. and for future reference all stock turbo cars are awd the non turbos are fwd (except in japan i think all of them are awd)

Just to clarify, my points were that you can drift in any car, AWD or not. And I did not mean to imply 3000s are good cars to drift in, simply that AWD cars can do some amazing drifts. I have done some nice ones in a subaru impreza and my friend has an sti and can do amazing drifts in that as well. I refuse to try in my 3000gt because its simply too much hp and i dont want to crash into another curb(long bad story).

ok well if you did try you would end up spinning out meaning you can not drift in these cars stick to be stuck on the track

You can drift in the snow with the e-brake =D

is it that hard to believe that an all wheel drive car can drift????? check into the D1 comps that have gone down in the states and see with your own eyes

I've seen AWD pull off awesome drifts. I wouldn't know how to go about doing it, but I've seen it done.

Most people don't own a large car like the 3kgt with the intention of drifting.

True enough... 240's are good for that
