ok i kno this will sound weird but what dus a turbo timer do? someone told me like it keeps ur car running for like 5 minutes after you turn it off to cool the turbo off so it wont mess up? can someone explain waht it dus?

That is sort of what it does... A turbo timer will keep your car running after you remove the key to let the turbo cool down... The length of time it runs depends on the strain you put on your motor..

thats all?
do u know alot about cars? cuz if u do i have questions on what some parts dus.

and what dus headers do?

A boost controller lets you manually control how many pounds of boost your turbos put out. Turn it to a higher psi to get more power and vice versa...

so u can set it on the control panal to how much boost u want?

As for headers... aftermarket ones are larger in diameter and allow more airflow in... They give you more power in higher RPM's

nice hmm o yea fuel injectors? do you need to replace that? or no

o yea and side skirts do they do anything except look good?

Fuel injectors... I'm not too sure, but I think you only need to upgrade them if you get bigger turbos or more power... Don't quote me on that though
And no, side skirts are only there for aesthetic value =)

hah nice ... waht is the difference between propane and nitrous injection? seems like nitrous produces more power?

Nitrious is designed to cram more air (oxygen) into you engine, therefore if adequate fuel is mixed with it, you get more combustion, therefore more power. Propane is used to get the most boost possible while using regular gas. propane is really high octane that mixes with your pump gas and allows you to turn up your boost a few more psi without getting knock and destroying your engine. So, what you are saying is correct, injecting nitrious does give you more power (directly) but propane's job is to allow you to produce more power with your turbos.

Oh, just to further clarify your other questions:
A turbo timer is an electronic device that hooks up to your ecu, determines how hard you have been driving and how much boost you have been running. And allows your car to remain on, without the key, to cool down adequately. Basically, if you have been boosting really hard, and just shut off your engine. All the burning hot oil that is in the turbos will stay in the turbos and as it cools, it will bake and get caked onto everything. Turbo timer allows the oil to continue flowing and cool appropriately which prolongs the lives of your turbos.
Headers are the pipes that come directly from your engine and connect to your exhaust system. The wider the piping(to an extent) the better your engine breathes and the more hp produced. Upgraded headers are not very common on the 3000gts, but I have seen them with upgraded turbo sets that sell for a couple grand.
And as said before, boost controller lets you tweak and turn up your boost on your turbos. But it must be done carefully and be monitored, or else you will be running to lean and get knock(VERY BAD).
