91 S10 Transmition problems

its a 2.8 V6 Automatic trans one night drive just crapped out on me.. It will get up to 30-35 in drive and overdrive then the engines rpms will get higher but truck just slows down its like im doin 30 and hit into neutral..
1 gear works fine 2nd works fine reverse works fine... Any one know whats goin on with it...

very common problem for the 700R4 - the 3/4 clutch pack left the scene
