cam gear settings please help

i have the 2001 acura gs integra b18b1 non vtech dohc automatic with the tru time aem cam gears installed on them....the mods included on this car are as follows
r-1 front mount air intake
hi flow cat
header
underdrive pulleys
adjustable fuel pressure reg
75 nitrous shot
can anyone give me a clue to what the best setting would be for the cam gears on this car..... with these mods, no dyno close to where i live and i have to do all the tuning by feel and research..... we are needing more take off because of the automatic but also have to watch for the nitrous spray
