I just swaped a D16a (sohc vtec) into my 95 hatch, engine cranks, starters starting but no fuel. I took off the hose that runs from the fpr to the im and there is no fuel , I pump the gas pedal when trying to start, there is gas in the tank, and I even added more today just to make sure. what is my problem?

Well first off, why did you look at the hose from the fpr to the im? That is a vaccum line and if you have fuel in it, you have something to worry about. Some of the problems could be a bad fuel pump, clogged filter, or you might have just incorrected wired the swap. You need to verify that the injectors are getting power/signal and that you are using the correct ones. Check your fuses two. I wouldn't think if would be the pump or the filter if they were fine prior to the swap. I am guessing this is a electrical issue.

check wiring, and filter, also check that your fuel pump is'nt burnt out. if that does'nt work, I'd replace the fuel line/pump/filter.

Check for loose grounds, make sure the are all hooked up, check ignitor, make sure your timing isn't out.
