DON valve body

I'm stupid but I have to say that I bought the valve body from don like two years ago and i haven't received it yet. i ordered a built one because i didn't want to send mine in. I constantly e-mailed him and fax him everyday but he never gave me my valvebody. I paid the thing with my roomates paypal and i specifically told him that. we both live at the same place but he never gave me my valvebody. does anyone know him and if so can you guys help me out cause i've been cheated on a great part. i still have documents from the site and it still shows on my roomates paypal that it has been paid in full.
