Hey sup, im new here. I got a quick question, im soon to get a car and was wondering. See my friends just got a G35 coupe, i need something to top it. Not nesecerlly in luxury but in performance. I was looking into the Sti and the 350z. I need to keep the price low under 35g so whatcha got, i also like the 300zx:)

Well this thread isn't really in the right catagory. I personally like the RX-8 but its kind of short on power. If you get a 300zx you'll have plenty of money to work on it.

The amount of cars that could roast a G35 while staying in your price range is tremendous.

well i would get a G35c over a 350z anyday. you get two less seats, poor visibility and a cheap-feeling interior with only marginally better performance than the G35c. if you only care about performance, the STI will easily outrun the G35c and 350z. you want fast, get this car. however, talk about a harsh ride, a VERY cheap interior, lots of road noise, and in my opinion, one of the ugliest cars on the road.
with that said, i'd look into a 2000 Audi S4. you can get one for around the price range you're looking at. but if you're going with a B5 S4, don't get one other than a 2000. just a heads up.

i agree with nacho nissan, get a 300ZX TT and get upgraded greddy turbos, greddy front mount intercooler, greddy bov, and the list goes on. you dont have to get greddy, but that is just my fav company for modding cars.

i agree with nacho and freak about the 300z, but i'd look into BMW M3's too.

Ok g35 and 350z are practically the same damn car don’t tell me any interior bullshit or some stupid minuscule spec. Difference. If you want to top him either start with a 350z track or the 300zx as others have said. The only thing is that with an old z you have money to mod but a used car for a platform. A new z has many nice usable features and many forthcoming mods. If you get the new z find some one who knows how to weld and buy up two greddy ts, that ill top many things, don’t forget about the over all valve train on either car. Switching over to titanium and swapping in a custom curve cam will help you add on quite a bit of hp. Well enough to top most stockers out there.
