lights problems on 88 cutlass ciera

I'm not sure whats wrong with my lights on this old car. Here are the problems/symptoms.

Low beam and High beam do not work on drivers side. They work on passenger side.

With the headlight switch on I tried the turn Signals. They don't work at all in the front, but do work on both sides in the rear. I did this test with the headlight switch on.

Any idea what I need to repair or replace? I'm going to be taking a road trip very soon and need to get this fixed asap. Thanks for the help.
