15" wheels with what size of tyres?

Hello from Greece!
I need your help. I have the new Fiat Panda Dynamic 1.2 (60hp) and put on the Punto's 15" wheels with Pirelli P7000 model tyres 195/50/R15".
I feel the car more "heavy" now and lower in acceleration (also spends a lot of fuel). Can I keep the 15" wheels and lower the size of the tyres and which one is the best? Pls consider that in the manual writes until 165/65/R14" wheels and tyres and Fiat had put on only the smallest size: 155/80/R13"!!! Pls advise me, I am really confused. Can I use with the 15" wheels the size of 175 tyres?
