Rim Specs

What dimensions should a set of rims have if Im putting them on a 99 Hyundai accent that has stock 13's...I also think it has the captive rotors but im not sure.....

any measure of tire up to 195/60 needs a small modify in the body of your car. You can put some 205/60 but you need some really hard springs to avoid the kisses between your tires and those parts (by some reason i dont remeber its name!!!).

A good size are the 14" (available on the accent GT or Gsi)... up to 15" the prizes get higher (both the tire n' the rims), and of course... you need at least to put some tower bars to prevent your suspension to get "inside" (or change the angle)..
