'01 Tib wheel screws?

Anyone changed out the round-head screws on the rotor hat that appear to thread into the hub?(they sit behind the wheel)
Any info on the thread/length, or where to source them from?
My steelies won't sit flush against the rotors- help!

those two screws?
they can be taken out...all they do is hold the assembly in place during the production line.
