New wires - has anyone used Bosch wires

I have a 91 accord. Needs tuneup. Getting NGK plugs. Is there any problem with bosch wires? they're on sale for $24 vs ngk wires at $40.
Also, does anyone know if the 91 needs the extra coil wire? The bosh comes with but NGKs don't?

bosch is a pretty good brand if memory serves me correct. But honestly, wires wont make that much of a difference. NGK plugs are a good choice

If you're going to replace the wires... which I recommend should be done every three years... cheap mod... go with a premium set, Bosch or NGK would be great and stick with the copper core plugs from NGK... I've owned the platnum and irridium and the copper work the best for the 4th generation accord... I bet I gained 3 - 4 hp in the 4000 + rpm range by switching from the iridium to the copper core and the idle is noticably smoother. Replace your rotor and check your distributor cap while you're at it. If you see any cracks, carbon tracks or corroded posts in the distributor cap replace it with an OEM cap. A hotter ignition will improve your cars performance and the cost of the parts is cheap.

Im using NGK wired with double platium NGK plugs which i payed 10 dollars a plug. yet it ran better with the regular ngk R. But they didnt last long in my car because the motor ran too hot.

I have seen the dyno tests on a Honda motor and there is no aftermarket wire that is better than the Honda OEM wires. Some were significantly worse. My old mechanic friend once told me, "when replacing ignition parts go OEM all the way".

please don't use bosch wires or plugs they don't work that long jus go spend the extra cash to get yu some factory honda wires and plugs i recommend Autolite wires they work pretty damn good but never put bosch plugs in your car hondas are really funny about that shit the bosch plugs have too much power for the hondas to work and maintain consistancy with em (bosch anything but honda)

NGK wires or OEM.....MSD is about the same as both of these, and I've used all 3.
